Sul Don Carlo di Bologna …. On the Don Carlo in Bologna

si possono avere opinioni discordi. Cìè chi ritiene che l’intero cast abbia “ululato” e chi – come il sottoscritto – ritiene che i valori in campo fossero differenziati. Ma un giudizio è stato unanime: quello sul tenore Roberto Aronica, semplicemente un disastro, un giudizio solo leggerissimamente attenuato dal fatto che la parte è impervia. Ma non è un’attenuante, solo una constatazione.  Oggi sul Corriere di Bologna un carneade di nome Massimo Marino afferma che “spicca” nel cast il summenzionato tenore. Ora ci sono solo tre possibili ipotesi: la prima è che il recensore sia affetto da sordità, la seconda che affaticato abbia dormito durante la rappresentazione e la terza che il pezzullo sia stato semplicemente scritto prima della rappresentazione. Purtroppo la piaggeria dei recensori è ormai un’epidemia e in questo tristissimo contesto si distinguono solo pochi elementi – ad esempio Carla Moreni sul Sole 24 ore. Lascio ai lettori ogni valutazione: in fondo Kurvenal in questo contesto fa la sua figura!  A coloro che leggono il blog chiederei cortesemente la registrazione (che non comporta nulla) e che può essere facilmente effettuata “clikkando” sul riquadro nero sopra ogni post. Così facendo riceveranno un e-mail tutte le volte che un nuovo post è pubblicato.

PS Un “blogger” non è un oracolo e commette inevitabilmente errori (il minimo possibile..). Ricevo spesso “correzioni” non sempre fondamentali e non sempre precise. Così come io mi sottopongo al giudizio altrui con nome e cognome così chi vorrà avere la bontà di segnalarmi eventuali errori o imprecisioni dovrà farlo unicamente mandando un commento: a ognuno la propria responsabilità. Da tempo ho  rimosso il mio profilo su  facebook: non posso quindi essere contattato per questioni private via messenger ma solo via e-mail all’indirizzo giovanni.neri@unibo.it.

there are different opinions. Someone believes that the entire cast was a disasterl and others – like myself – believe that the values on the stage were different. But one opinion was unanimous: that the tenor Roberto Aronica was simply a disaster, a judgement only slightly smoothed by the fact that the role is impervious. But it’s not a mitigation, just a fact. Today on the Corriere di Bologna a “carneade” named Massimo Marino says that the aforementioned tenor “stands out” in the cast. Now there are only three possible hypotheses: the first is that the reviewer suffers from deafness, the second that being fatigued he slept during the representation and the third that the review was simply written before the representation. Unfortunately the flattery of reviewers is now epidemic and in this sad context there are only few cases – for example Carla Moreti in  the Sole 24 ore. I leave to the readerany possible evaluation: in this context Kurvenal  plays a  valuable role! I would kindly ask the readers of this blog to  register  (which implies nothing) which can be easily made  by “clicking” the black square above each post. By so doing they will receive an e-mail whenever a new post is published.

PS A “blogger” is not an oracle and inevitably makes errors (the minimum possible..). I often receive “corrections” not always fundamental and not always accurate. Just as I submit myself to the judgement of others with the name and surname so those who want to have the goodness to report errors or inaccuracies will have to do so only by sending a comment: everyone has his own responsibility. Since long time I have removed my profile on Facebook and therefore I cannot be contacted for private issues via messenger but only by email at giovanni.neri@unibo.it.
